Lifetime Warranty
At Time Resistance, we are dedicated to crafting leather goods that stand the test of time. Our products are made with the highest quality materials and traditional craftsmanship, designed to accompany you for a lifetime. Because we believe in the durability and enduring appeal of our products, we are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on our leather bags and accessories.
Each product may vary slightly in color or texture, due to the particularity of the tanning process and the natural products used. We do not consider it a defect, but rather a token of uniqueness. To ensure the authenticity of our products, we provide a Certificate of Guarantee. This guarantees that our leather has been tanned exclusively with natural tannins of vegetable origin and does not contain substances prohibited by law. Tannin extracts are the fundamental ingredients of the slow tanning process and give the best quality. Each item is carefully crafted and undergoes accurate quality control. Small veins, wrinkles and imperceptible scratches that eventually present on the leather prove its naturalness, rendering each skin one of a kind.
What Our Lifetime Warranty Covers
Our lifetime warranty guarantees that your Time Resistance product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If, at any time, your item fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it at no cost to you. This includes:
Stitching Issues: If the stitching on your bag or accessory comes undone due to faulty workmanship, we will repair or restitch it.
Hardware Failure: Should any hardware, such as zippers, clasps, buckles, or rivets, break or malfunction due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the faulty part.
Warranty Exclusions
While our products are built to last, there are certain circumstances where our warranty does not apply. These exclusions include, but are not limited to:
Natural Wear and Tear: Over time, leather will naturally age, develop a patina, and show signs of wear. This is part of what makes your product unique. Variations in color, texture, and minor scuffs that develop over time are not covered under this warranty.
Accidental Damage: Damage caused by dropping, crushing, or other impacts, including punctures, tears, and cuts, is not covered.
Improper Care or Maintenance: Leather is a natural material that requires proper care. Any damage resulting from neglect, such as exposure to harsh chemicals, direct sunlight, prolonged moisture, or failure to regularly condition the leather, is not covered.
Alterations or Unauthorized Repairs: Any modifications or repairs made by someone other than Time Resistance or an authorized repair service may void the warranty.
Damage from External Elements: Damage caused by external elements such as fire, flood, or other natural disasters is not covered by this warranty.
Intentional Damage or Misuse: Intentional damage, misuse, or abuse of the product, including overloading, using it for purposes other than its intended use, or subjecting it to unreasonable force, will void the warranty.
Loss or Theft: The warranty does not cover loss or theft of your product.
If any problem occurs with the product received, which indicates a necessity for repair, contact us by email care@timeresistance.com and we will repair your product within 1 week of delivery to us.
