Return process not working

I do not like the gold hardware with this black bag, and it is much stiffer, less elegant than the other bag I purchased. I tried to initiate a return, but got an error message and the label won't generate. I logged in to try again, and it says "already returned". I am hoping this is a fluke a returning this bag won't be a problem. Waiting to hear back from customer service.
